All players must have a CURRENT USGA GHIN handicap to compete in all events
All events will use 80% of the players GHIN course handicap as of the Friday prior to event start unless otherwise noted in the event rules.
Scores must be submitted according to USGA rules to maintain a fair and accurate handicap.
Members must submit ALL scores for all play including non-Men’s club events.
Integrity Matters: Misusing the handicap system or submitting false scores is considered cheating and will not be tolerated.
If your scores raise concerns, we'll reach out to discuss and if necessary, adjust your handicap manually.
First Incident: We'll address the issue verbally and may adjust your handicap.
Second Incident: Similar approach to the first, with potential suspension from Men's Club tournaments for the season.
Third Incident: Exclusion from Men's Club events.
Guest Handicaps: Sponsors are responsible for verifying guest handicaps for the Member-Guest event. Inconsistent handicaps will be adjusted based on past indexes.
Players are strongly encouraged to become familiar with the USGA GHIN app and to know how to view current index(s) and course handicaps.
Scorecards: The pro shop handles scorecard entry for all eight Men's Club events. Please return your card immediately after finishing your round.
